Lorenze loves to spend time outside. One outdoor activity she likes to do is go skiing. She posted this reel of herself skiing on Instagram, captioning it, "First run in a year." She also posted this reel, naturally captioning it, "Another one." "To ski, you need to balance your body and engage the major muscle groups. Doing so often will help you increase flexibility and reduce sprains and muscle strains. That is more of the case when you choose a challenging slope, where you have to change directions swiftly and frequently. To avoid injuries and soreness, you should stretch before any skiing session. Lorenze loves to spend time in the water. One thing that she likes to do is go wakeboarding. Lorenze posted this reel on Instagram of herself wakeboarding at the lake. She captioned the reel, "Back to my roots."

Lorenze likes to share her favorite workouts on her YouTube channel. She explained her approach to exercise and her favorite workouts in this video. "I only do stuff to stay on the leaner side," she says. "I do bodyweight stuff and toning stuff."

One of Lorenze's favorite workouts to do is squats. In this YouTube video, she is seen doing different kinds of them. "To start, I just do bodyweight squats," she says. "These are one of my favorites, just because you can do them anywhere. Bodyweight squats do make a difference." Lorenze also likes to do pulse squats on a bosu ball.

In addition to squats, Lorenze also loves to do core exercises. "I pretty much alternate between squats and core," she says in her YouTube video. In it, Lorenze is seen doing side leg lifts, sit ups with a medicine ball, and bridge pedals.
